When:
Reverchon Park: Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm; Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:30pm; Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm; and Saturdays 10:15-11:15.
Samuell Grand: Yoga in Spanish: Saturday 9:15am
Exall Park: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00pm
Mighty Fine Arts: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm.
Class starts promptly, don't be late!
Cost: Your first class is FREE! $8 for one class. $50 for 8 classes or $95 for 16 classes to use whenever you can. Classes will expire after one month of non-use.
Reverchon Monthly Unlimited $55, Samuell Grand Monthly Unlimited $50. Please see your instructor for details.
Dallas Parks and Rec center membership. $15/year - $25/year. (Applies only at recreation center locations).

Expiration: If you purchase a 8-class or 16-class membership those classes will not expire so long as you attend one class per month. If you have not been to class for more than a month, we will be very sad and assume that you have chosen another place or time to practice.
Style: All classes are accessible to all ages and levels, and are individualized according to the needs and goals of the student(s). See the teacher's profiles for more detailed information regarding their teaching style. Click here to read about your teachers.

Students: People of all age groups and ability levels. Anyone interested in improving flexibility, burning calories, losing weight, total body toning, coping with everyday stress, improving balance, and many more reasons!
First time: Come in. Get rec center membership, talk to the teacher, take the class. Easy as that! If you are not sure if you want to join; your first class is on us (always) and usually the rec center staff will allow you to take one class and then decide to get a rec center membership before your next.

Bring: Yoga mat if you have one, towel, water to drink, wear comfortable clothes.
Qualifications: All DCY instructors are required to have a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification from the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level or higher in addition to being Red Cross first aide certified. See the Teachers page for specific information on where and when each instructor was trained.
Private Lessons: Private lessons are available at the discretion of the teacher.
